Sweet Shoppe Designs – The Sweetest Digital Scrapbooking Site on the Web

Another Featured Designer Friday is here Sweet Shoppers, and this week we’re bringing you part two of Lauren Grier’s fun 4 in ’14 spotlight which is going to give you some insight into her favorite layouts, places she’d like to run away to and MORE! I have been loving the chance to get to know our designers a little better through words and pictures, and I hope you have been enjoying it, too! I hate taking pictures of myself, in fact most of the pictures I take include Connor, so I had trouble picking out 4! He obviously still made it into one 😉 Pictures are boring… and weird frozen moments. I can’t take them seriously.

1) New Zealand. This ‘real’ location changes pretty much constantly, but today it is New Zealand.

2) Mars. Seriously… nothing sounds more amazing to me than sitting on a barren planet with no other humans to bother me.

3) A tree house hidden away in a forest far far away. Need I say more… this goes along the same theme as mars :p I hate people.

4) I saw this really cool hotel in Singapore (I think) and the rooms have views under the ocean… It was like $5k a night to stay there, so it’s totally ridiculous, but goodness gracious it was so neat. I’d love to just live there forever.

I love animals. All animals. One day I want to have a giant farm, or well a smallish farm.. with 2 cows, 4 goats, 1-2 piggies (I can never decide on those guys), 6 chickens, and 1 dog. I’ve planned this all out for years. It’s my dream. It is totally happening. Like I said though.. I love all animals, so I included a green sea turtle and an elephant.. because they are SO COOL. Somehow I’ll have ocean and safari animals on my farm too :p

I don’t scrap as much as I’d like.. nor do I take nearly enough pictures, but these are 4 of my favourite pages of late :]
