It’s been a pretty awesome week behind the scenes here at SSD and I am loving the new releases from the designers tonight. We’ve been chatting behind the scenes that there’s been a lot of pink hitting the shoppe recently and we love that kind of feedback. I’m sure if you’re a mom to boys you’ll appreciate seeing more masculine friendly color schemes and themes coming the next few weeks, but if you ever have other ideas on what you’d like to see, feel free to shoot us an email to share your thoughts and I’ll pass them along to the designers so that we can bring you more of what you want to see!
Before we get too far away from the pink that so many of us love though, I’m super proud to share a stunning kit from our newest featured designer, Melissa Bennett! Melissa has been part of the Sweet Shoppe team for ages now and I love that for her featured spot, she teamed up with one of our newest recruits to create an absolutely gorgeous tribute to Mom which will be yours FREE with any $10 purchase over the next couple of weeks…

Finally, I just wanted to mention that I’ll be making some memories of my own over the next three weeks as I’ll be taking the trip of a lifetime to Europe! I’ll have my laptop with me and will be checking in daily, but with the time difference and sight-seeing, response times may be a little slower than usual. I can assure you that I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and that things should be mostly business as usual while I’m away. Either way though, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated because I can’t wait to see more of our beautiful world!
