Miscellaneous Monday – Summer Games Spotlight 7/25
Hello all! If you didn’t know, we’re in the thick of it with our Summer Games. The 5th event just wrapped up. The Athletics & 4x100m Relay threads are bursting with stunning layouts. I’ve browsed the gallery and I’m amazed at everyone’s creativity! Here’s just a few that stood out to me!
Let’s start with Athletics. With this challenge, you had to choose 1 of 4 options – Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump or Pole Vault. I loved that the 4 options stretched everyone’s creativity in different ways. It’s not easy to follow very specific rules/guidelines but the layouts were beautiful! Here’s a small handful.
And now let’s look at the 4x100m Relay! This challenge just barely ended so the announcement of the winners will be later this week in the newsletter. This was a challenge! You had to be on a team (a total of 4 people), you could only use 25 items TOTAL, AND you had to tell a story in some way. There were so many that stood out to me! So many unique twists to this one so let’s look at a few. I should’ve just posted them all!

These pages are amazing and I’ve loved every single one I’ve seen throughout these games. You are all showing an incredible level of creativity and it blows me away week after week!
