Featured Designer FWP – Misty Cato
It’s Friday & we’re debuting our newest Featured Designer, Misty Cato! She teamed up with Amber Shaw & Grace Lee for the newest FWP kit, Live In Hope. These 3 blew this kit out of the water! Love the color palette they worked with and the theme is something we all lean on at various times in our lives. “Have Hope”, “Just Believe”, “Look for Rainbows” are all things that we’ve thought before during hard times OR it’s some of us (or acquaintances) live…our mantra for our lives…look for the positive because there’s always *something* to be thankful for. Whichever way you lean, this kit will help you scrap part of your life’s moments. Take a look!

I was thrilled when Amber and Grace agreed to work with me. I’ve collaborated with Amber before and I think our penchant for deep, rich colors help us work well together (although this kit ended up going in a different direction). This was my first time working with Grace. I always love the fresh inspiration that comes with collaborating with someone for the first time.
Both Amber and Grace are talented designers. Amber is amazing with rich colors and textures and Grace’s touch of whimsy is perfect (she did those cute birds in the kit). However, my favorite thing about working with them is their complete positivity and can-do attitudes towards designing and collaboration. The kit just fell together seamlessly.
