Hello! We’re back to talk with our current Featured Designer, Megs of Studio Flergs! I’m obsessed with Megs’ design style. It’s absolutely stunning. I’ve been a fan of hers for many years, like many of you. With that, I had to ask if she scrapbooks and if that style transitions to her pages. Here’s what she said when I asked her about scrapbooking:

Not really. I just love to design instead & enjoy seeing the amazing pages every week that the babes & my team post. I rely on Instagram really for my own milestones. One day I hope to find the time to scrap all of my kids’ memories & milestones, and I can look back at my dates through Instagram to remember. At the moment with a preschooler at home, my time is limited. But soon he’ll be off to school and I’m excited to have more time to actually scrap as well as create.

One of my biggest regrets is never having time to go through & leave comments for everyone, which I would love to. But I do go through the galleries each weekend & pin layouts in my gallery to my corresponding Pinterest board. So even though I suck at commenting, I AM seeing the amazing eye candy posted.

I love this one from Shunnstergirl, pages like this are exactly why I LOVE creating the #believeinmagic series with Amber. To see people scrapping their awesome Disney photos & having the perfect kit to show off the main attraction, the photos.

AmieN1 put Snow White’s autograph on the page & I thought that was brilliant!

I loved this one by wimpychompers, as a production of Peter Pan my daughter was in is exactly why I wanted to do the Never land collection 😀

And I love this one from shawnbear, the big blended photo looks so fantastic

And finally…for a little fun…what are the top 5 things you have to have with you while you’re designing?

• Well I love to watch RuPaul’s drag race on my 2nd monitor, that is a must! It keeps me from looking at Facebook & getting distracted.
• I always have my notebook full of ideas & dates to remember.
• Usually something to snack on (naughty naughty)
• A hot chocolate that ends up going cold & reheated 10 times before throwing it out…
• And I usually have my facebook chat open to talk to Amber while we work, we usually chat daily even when we aren’t making a scoop together

Now that we’ve gotten to know Megs a little better, I get to show off her products that will be on sale next Tuesday! I’ll show them all to you today and then you’ll have a few days to get them into your cart and have it all ready for Tuesday. Are you excited?! It’s a lot to take in so scroll slowly ?

And we can’t just look at her products without seeing some pretty inspiration from the gallery, right?! I wandered through the gallery and found some great inspiration from our members.
