Miscellaneous Monday – Parents’ Day
Happy Monday, everyone! I hope everyone had a good weekend and made some wonderful memories!
This last week was a really busy one for me, and I had to be away from home almost every night. This week I’m looking forward to having a more normal schedule and just doing the regular “mom” stuff. Fittingly, yesterday was Parents’ Day. Let’s hear it for all those awesome moms and dads out there!
Let’s face it, the most important people in many people’s lives tend to be their parents. Parents’ Day, then, is . . . a chance to say “thank you,” and to show how appreciative you are of the time, effort and love poured into your (assumable) successful upbringing and induction into normal society. Good work, parents.
