I was going to share a recipe today (and of course, it would have been a dessert!) but I totally have the munchies right now and I’m afraid if I start thinking of recipes, I’ll end up making something and eating it all. So, in an effort to still fit into my clothes tomorrow, I decided I better do something else. Then I came across this retired date set and thought – hey, we still have a ton of Halloween candy, I don’t need to bake. ;D (Yes, that’s how my brain works…I might have a sugar problem.) Anyways, back to my date set…I thought it might be a fun freebie for today’s post as it seems to match the Grateful Hearts FB hop freebies posted yesterday.

(This date set includes 12 months, 31 days and the years 2000-2015.)
Enjoy and have a fantastic weekend!

Hello everyone, Erica Zane here. I hope your October is starting out fabulously! We’ve had some pretty warm weather here so far, I think tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80′s. But I don’t mind – I know the cold is coming & I’m trying to stock up on warm sun rays!
Well, I was going to share a recipe with you today but I couldn’t decide what I wanted to share & then I got distracted thinking about a stitch set I wanted to make and then I thought – hey, how about a freebie? Hopefully you’ll enjoy this stitched leaf set!

And yay, it’s Friday! Enjoy your weekend!!

I’m heading out today for some much needed me time, things has been busy around here so I’m really looking forward to spending the afternoon relaxing and doing a little shopping. But before I go I’d like to share a template I made using one of my LOs.

Download here
I hope you like them.
So I made these handy templates quite a while ago in the hopes of making some chore charts for my kids (I even have a kit to go with them – re-releasing next week!) but I have yet to make any actual chore charts, haha! BUT I have used them multiple times for making countdown charts! So I thought I’d share them here in case anyone else finds them handy! (They’d be perfect for a back to school countdown chart…I can’t believe it’s almost that time already!)

Here’s a sample of how I used one…I made a countdown to our beach trip & printed it out on regular paper. I also re-sized & printed a bunch of the flowers on sticker paper, so we just cut one flower off per day & add it to the chart – my kids LOVE this to pieces!! I used “Seas The Day” by Jenn Barrette & Juliana Kneipp.

Anyways – hope you find them useful!

Heeeelllllooooo Sweet Shoppers! Aren’t you glad it’s Friday?! You know what’s better than a normal Friday? A Friday with a free gift!
That’s right. You see, a little while back, I made a fun facial kit called Citrus Sunrise, and as I was designing, I created a companion spa type mini kit called Cool Cucumber. And it’s yours FREE for a limited time. Just download it here.
Hope everyone has a terrific Friday. And be sure to swing by our Friday night chat for a chance to win even more goodies.

Hi everyone! This seems to be the time of year that a large percentage of our kids have finished school for the year, or are in the process finishing up. Here in Canada, most kids don’t finish until the end of June and we don’t go back to school until after the Labor Day weekend at the beginning of September. I always find it so strange when people say that their kids are going back to school in August, that’s prime vacation time here! Anyways, because the end of the school year is here or near, I thought I would create a little freebie for you all to help scrap those last day of school photos. Hope you enjoy!!

Have a wonderful Thursday!
Happy March 20th – it’s Stephanie bringing you today’s post! Or in our house hold – it is Jillian’s Birthday! And we are in week 2 of the birthday celebrations. Yes, week 2. Week 2 of being all about Jillian.Week one consisted of a week of J being star of the week at school, Birthday treat, party with friends on Sunday and now the big day. Of course she was showered with gifts and love this morning. New DS games, jeggings, Hello Kitty Shirt, toe socks and a kite. Tonight will be dinner out at her favorite local Italian restaurant that has a chocolate cake that is to die for!
It is hard to believe that seven years ago I was in the hospital going through labor. Seven years ago, my husband and I were watching basketball & I was making him mark my brackets while we both went through labor. Seven years ago, this tiny little human being came into this world and totally shook up our lives for the good. Seven years ago I became a mom. Wow.

In celebration of J’s birthday, I give to you the chance for an extra portfolio point. Yep a Cookie! You can download the Cookie here. Make sure you upload you wonderful layout to the gallery and mark your portfolio with the extra Cookie Point.
Thanks for reading!

Well the site being down kind of crimped the giveaway didn’t it? Sorry for any frustration that caused. I hope that you enjoyed the holidays with your family. Let’s try this giveaway again!
I’m giving away three $10 gift certificates to the store. (Robin graciously offered to split the cost with me, she’s really fabulous isn’t she?) In order to enter, you’ll have to give back a little as well. Go into the gallery and leave a little love on at least five layouts. Then come back here and post that you did it – not need to link. You’ll be entered in the drawing to win one of the prizes. I’ll pull names on January 8th so you have a little time. Once again happy holidays to you and yours!

P.S. If you were able to post on the other thread, do not worry, I will include your names in the drawing!

I hope that you are enjoying this special day with your family. I’m lucky we are actually celebrating both Christmas and Hanukkah today! We’ll light the menorah right before dinner.
