Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Due to the downloadable nature of our products, we only offer refunds on duplicate orders, or on orders which do not have any download attempts shown in the download history.

Q: My harddrive failed. Will you reset all of my past orders so I can download them again?

A: We understand that sometimes technical problems can occur which are outside of your control. As a result, we will gladly reset downloads on any orders placed in the last 45 days. We do encourage our customers to back-up their files on a regular basis to protect their archives as we cannot provide download resets on orders outside of our 45 day policy.

Q: Can I use your products to design Blogs or Etsy pages?

A: While we allow the usage of our products in many ways in our posted storewide Terms of Use, generally speaking we do NOT allow website design of any kind. Some of our designers do make exceptions for these kinds of projects with additional terms or fees, so if you are interested in this type of usage, please visit our contact page to send an inquiry which will be forwarded on your behalf to the designer you are interested in.

Q: I just purchased a kit and when I unzip it, the files are empty! Please help!

A: If the kit you purchased was created by Kristin Cronin-Barrow, Susan Bartolini or Zoe Pearn, the reason you are having problems with unzipping the file is because they compress their digital products on a Mac. Please visit our forums where we have detailed instructions posted here. If you continue to have problems, we highly recommend a third party extraction programs such as CAMunzip or UnzipThemAll for all of your extraction needs.

Q: Are you looking for any new designers?

A: At this time, our design roster is full and we are not looking to add new designers to our team. However, you are welcome to contact us to express your interest in the event a position becomes available in the future.
