As a full-time working mom with two very busy girls, I often find myself having to come up with ideas quickly for things we have to do, and I am truly grateful that Pinterest was created just for this! In the last few weeks, I have created boards for hairstyle ideas for homecoming, photography ideas for Senior pictures or volleyball team photos, decorating ideas for the Thanksgiving Senior Dinner later this month, and then I was thinking homemade fried chicken might be nice to make, and my recipe board was filled with ideas on how to make the yummy homestyle chicken! I have come up with ideas for presentations for work with the help of beautiful infographic designs I found on the app. My girl scout troop has tried some of the science and craft projects that I found, and I will admit those cute snowman cookie pops that were a HUGE hit at the boutique last year were inspired by Pinterest too! I have read a few articles about the time people spend on Pinterest as if it is meaningless, but I don’t buy it; I say it is a stress reliever for those times in your life that you need a little inspiration! Thank goodness very few of my friends know about this app because it makes me look like a “super creative mom,” and only I know that the secret is Pinterest! Shhhhhhh . . . it’s our little secret to be grateful about! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
