It feels like eons since I’ve hosted the spin-a-lift challenge. It seems timely to visit the gallery of one of our longer term babes. Ive admired Darla’s work for many years, well before she joined the team of staff here at the Sweet Shoppe. Her girls are almost the same ages as my own so Im doubly inspired by her layout design skills and her subject matters that deal with these stages of childhood and family life. One of the many things I love about Darla’s style is that it isnt exactly one style. As the mood of the topic changes Darla also adapts the style of her page so that it perfectly reflects the desired emotion.
