My son is due to restart school next week – hooray! –\u00a0and although I have enjoyed the summer holidays with him (really, I have!), I am so looking forward to getting back into a regular routine again.\u00a0\u00a0Part of that routine has to now\u00a0include exercise – which I usually avoid as much as possible, but with a very big birthday looming next year I decided it was time to be brave, and so joined a gym with a pool.\u00a0 My plan is to swim at minimum twice a week,\u00a0and any other\u00a0exercise will be a nice bonus!\u00a0 I have promised myself that I will start my new regime the very day Alex returns to school…<\/p>\n
