This week we’re spotlighting SugarBabe Carrie! We hope you guys are loving these 4 in ’14 spotlights as much as we are!<\/p>\n

\nI am the type of person that takes lots of selfies and ends up deleting them right away because I think I look like a dork trying to take a selfie. I don’t know why. I almost always keep the ones that I take with my children because, let’s face it, those are usually the only times we are in photos together.<\/p>\n

Fave Layouts<\/div>\n
I tried to pick layouts that encompass my own creativity.\u00a0 In other words, layouts where I didn’t use a template.\u00a0 Haha!\u00a0 Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE using templates but I also love when I can come up with something beautiful all on my own.<\/div>\n
1. I Love Me – This layout is probably my #1 favorite of the year.\u00a0 I’d also like to think that it helped me land this Babe gig since it was one that I submitted when I applied.\u00a0 I just love how fun it turned out and that it also has a pretty powerful message to it.<\/div>\n
2. Destination Paradise – We are on countdown mode (yeah, yeah, it’s still a year away) for our Hawaii trip in June 2015.\u00a0 It will be here before we know it.\u00a0 I find myself constantly looking for different things to do and different places to eat.<\/div>\n
3. We Are Family – We took the kids to Disneyland during Thanksgiving Break.\u00a0 We had a blast.\u00a0 It was the first time any of us had seen it decorated for the holidays.\u00a0 It was simply MAGICAL.<\/div>\n
4. XOXO – Meet my babes.\u00a0 Mattisen (Mattie) will be eleven in July and Cole (Coley) is six.\u00a0 They are my world and have changed my life for the better<\/div>\n

Most Used Stash<\/div>\n
I have so many products in my stash that I use over and over and over again.\u00a0 I’ll never tire of them.\u00a0 Here are just a few of those products.<\/div>\n
1. Little Sew and Sew Lines by Erica Zane – I love me some stitches.\u00a0 Even more, I love me some Erica Zane stitches.\u00a0 LOL!\u00a0 These ones I love especially because there are several different sizes and styles in one pack.\u00a0 She also makes them in optional colors, too.\u00a0 It’s a no brainer!<\/div>\n
2. Trimmed Strips Clipping Masks by Misty Cato – I know that Aly included these in her spotlight and here they are again.\u00a0 Go out and grab these from the shop scrappers!<\/div>\n
3. Border it Up #1 by Studio Basic – Ru makes some really great borders that she includes in her kits.\u00a0 I love that these are so easy to use and add just the right touch to a layout.\u00a0 They are so versatile.<\/div>\n
4. Brushed: February Value Bundle by Penny Springmann – I love paints and painty words.\u00a0 This bundle has it all!<\/div>\n

Green Smoothies<\/div>\n

I have become quite the green smoothie drinker.\u00a0 I love them.\u00a0 I love that I can have a different smoothie every day because there is so much variety.\u00a0 I found a website that does 30-day challenges and entered myself.\u00a0 I wasn’t sure that I could hang for the 30 days.\u00a0 I mean, they are green.\u00a0 But, I’ve gone beyond those 30 days and haven’t looked back.\u00a0 I usually have one every day.\u00a0 They are filling, refreshing and very healthy.\u00a0 My most favorite is a pina colada inspired smoothie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Most Followed Pinterest Boards (see attached)<\/div>\n

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m addicted to Pinterest.\u00a0 I pin a lot.\u00a0 I even have the quick button in my toolbar to make my obsession a whole lot easier to access.\u00a0 I’ve had lots of people tell me that I need to stop pinning food because the recipes always look so yummy.\u00a0 I even had one of my boards spotlighted by the people at Pinterest and Pinterest invited me to post to their recipe board.\u00a0 I think that’s pretty freaking cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
