Good Friday afternoon! How is everyone doing? Even though we are smack dab in the middle of summer, today is officially the last day of summer vacation for my kids. They are headed back to school first thing on Monday morning. We have spent this past week school shopping, meeting their new teachers, and going to curriculum night. Of course, we have tried to squeeze in a few more fun activities too. We have also been trying to keep cool with temperatures at 110 degrees +. From what I hear, it has definitely been a hotter than usual summer for most people. Which brings me to the blog post. I want you to post the recipe for your favorite summer drink or dessert or something that you eat to keep cool. (For those of you experiencing winter right now, you are welcome to share the opposite – something that keeps you warm).<\/p>\n
