Another Featured Designer Friday is here Sweet Shoppers, and this week we\u2019re bringing you part two of Traci Reed’s playful and inspiring 4 in \u201914 spotlight which is going to give you some insight into her favorite layouts, some places she can see herself retiring and MORE! I have been loving the chance to get to know our designers a little better words and pictures, and I hope you have been enjoying it too! This is me! I learned long ago that I had to take a lot of selfies to get MYSELF in our albums and I\u2019m ok with that! My kids will love the 1.5 billion photos I take of them in the 18 years they\u2019re with me, but they will ADORE the photos of their parents growing up and living life with them even more, so I make it a point to include us!<\/p>\n

1. I take a ton of silly selfies with the kids. 2. AND 3. I take lots of photos while outside at my kids sports practices 2. is baseball and 3 is soccer! HA! 4. I\u2019m loving the waterproof feature of my phone. \u00a0Patrick and I took at least a dozen underwater selfies before we got this one!<\/p>\n

I love to scrapbook and wish I did it more often, but there are a few of my favorite layouts I\u2019ve ever made!<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0I had a few dozen of these photos with my son on my phone and had no idea what to do with them, so I put them in film strips and layered them up for a fun look. 2. \u00a0Oh my gosh, my kids FIGHT with each other over group text messages with me and I just COULDN\u2019T take it anymore when I made this layout. \u00a0It cracks me up and I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll love it when they\u2019re older. 2. Confession: I designed my Chatterbox kit (which is used in BOTH 2 and 3) for Josiah. He NEVER stops talking. Ever. 4. If you can\u2019t tell by looking at these 4 layouts, I love big bold titles and lots of layers!<\/p>\n

I often fantasize about running away and retiring (or even just doing what I do) somewhere beautiful and far far away. 1. The French Countryside – or really, just traveling all over Europe and seeing it all. 2. Greece – I adore everything about Greece 3. The Bahamas – The beach, a cabana boy, and unlimited fruity drinks? Yes, please. 4. Ireland – This is my #1 Dream – Ireland has always called to my heart and I\u2019d love to live there.<\/p>\n

I have many ways I make sure I get the whole story of our lives. 1. Canon 7D – my \u201cbig girl\u201d camera that I love so hard! 2. Galaxy S5 – My phone takes 75% of our photos. Bonus -, it\u2019s waterproof and takes awesome photos! 3. My husband\u2019s GoPro takes excellent wide-angle photos and is water proof and virtually indestructible. 4. My children\u2019s iPods (and husband\u2019s phone) – I make sure to nab their photos for our albums as well!<\/p>\n
