I am so happy to present our featured staffer this week as none other than Lauren Grier. La was one of the very first designers that I have ever worked with on a creative team level. My love for La runs deep and I think not only is she an amazing designer; she is also an amazing woman. Her personality just shines through to everything she does.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>La has been scrapping since November of 2005 and has been designing just as long. For her, the two went hand in hand. Her first kit was \u201cDirty Boy<\/a>\u201d and she claims it was horrific. See exhibit A of her self-proclaimed horrendous-ness here<\/a>.\u00a0 La went as far as to create a layout with her first kit as seen here<\/a>.\u00a0 I do have to say that I admire designers that scrap with their own stuff.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42 As you can tell by checking out her store recently, La\u2019s kits have evolved.\u00a0 You can find her kits in her shoppe <\/a>at the Sweet Shoppe and her main gallery<\/a> is also located there at SSD.<\/p>\n

La currently designs and scraps with PSE & Illustrator CS4.\u00a0 The drawing tools are very important to La and quite evident in her kits.<\/p>\n
