Now that the holidays are over, the new year is just a few days away. It’s a time of reflection, planning, and resolutions for most of us. I usually start out with some panic that this past year has flown by (& really, this year has FLOOOOOWN right by!), then think of the good & bad that happened. I think of what could make the next year a great one & what I can do to better myself & my loved ones. How do you prepare for the new year?<\/p>\n

I used to make a long list of resolutions. Then I found out about Ali Edward’s One Little Word and have been doing that for the past few years. I still include a few resolutions or goals that go along with the word. It’s been really successful for me! Do you do resolutions or something else? I’d love to hear about it all in the comments below!<\/p>\n
