Hello again!\u00a0 Sara here to share with a cute children’s party presentation\u00a0idea with you in this weeks H4H post.<\/p>\n

I had a ‘wonder if that would work’ moment recently when I was browsing Heather Roselli’s range of DIY Printable templates <\/a>that are available in the Shoppe.\u00a0 It was her large basket template <\/a>that had me wondering if\u00a0there was another<\/em> way to use such a great design.\u00a0\u00a0Take a look at what I made by combining it with\u00a0the wonderful Choo Choo Bear <\/a>by Lliella Designs!<\/p>\n

Told you it was cute, didn’t I?\u00a0 The carriages and the body of the train were made using the basket template layered with the carriage images from Lliella’s kit, whilst the train was printed separately onto card, cut and stuck with glue onto a third ‘carriage’.\u00a0\u00a0I remembered to rotate one of the train images horizontally before printing, so that the bear driver would always be facing the same way whichever way you look at the train!<\/p>\n

The only modification I made to the basket template was to s-t-r-e-t-c-h it width ways just a little, so that more cheesy puff crisps would fit in!<\/p>\n

A couple of buttons for wheels and some string to chain the train together and there you have a fabulous, usable\u00a0table decoration fit for any future Casey Jones!<\/p>\n

I love a coordinated look for parties, so to complement the train, I made matching invites and thank you’s…<\/p>\n

…which were made with Lleilla’s Choo Choo Bear <\/a>again, plus a little of her Bright Sunshiny Day <\/a>and Darcy’s Crafts with Scissors Alpha<\/a>\u00a0– as were\u00a0my matching party bag tags:<\/p>\n

Do you see the extra star name tags?\u00a0 I made lots of duplicates of these because I thought that they would work to personalise a party bag\u00a0as above, but they would also work as name badges, place settings or even cake toppers too!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
