I love Wednesdays – not just because it’s the middle of the week and almost the weekend! but because the hybrid girls take over the blog and todays post is a nice quick and simple creation that everyone can do because all you need is a gluestick.\u00a0 No fancy tools required and, I reckon if you have a hunt around in the kitchen drawer or in your children’s art supplies you’ll find just what you need –\u00a0 a plain old gluestick and a pair of scissors!<\/p>\n

I love playing with paper and pretty embellishments but just because you don’t have the tools or accessories that I have shouldn’t mean that you don’t consider hybrid crafting.<\/p>\n

I made this pretty birthday card and envelope set<\/p>\n

I used Julie Billingsley’s Wonderous<\/a> kit and the envelope template from Heather Roselli’s cards and card holder <\/a>templates kit and you can download the flattened files of these by following this link\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0so that you can make your own \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

And ……… if you want to be really clever – after you’ve printed the envelope\u00a0design turn your paper over and feed it back into your printer and select a paper to print on the back which will become the inside when you cut it out and glue it together!<\/p>\n
