Hey hey sweeties!! Laurie here today with a super easy recipe to make finger paints!! I don’t mind buying finger paints but it seems that we go through them so quickly. When I found this recipe and saw that I had all of the ingredients on-hand, I couldn’t wait to try it!!<\/p>\n

Here’s what you need:<\/p>\n

3 Tbsp sugar<\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup of corn starch<\/p>\n

2 cups of water<\/p>\n

Combine your ingredients into a small saucepan. Warm until mixture thickens.<\/p>\n

Cool and pour into containers. Add food coloring to create desired colors.<\/p>\n

Enjoy!!<\/p>\n

Just a note….the only thing I wasn’t so crazy about with these was the food coloring staining the skin a bit, but really it wasn’t anything a good soak in the tub didn’t take care of!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
