Lorie:<\/strong>\u00a0Christmas is a lot of fun, but also a lot of work.\u00a0 I think most of the fun happens during the preparations, the work, which is what inspired this kit.\u00a0 \u00a0Seeing a page that showcases one of those moments I had in mind while I was designing is very rewarding.<\/em><\/p>\n

Lorie:<\/strong>\u00a0When I make a kit, I try to think of multiple ways it can be used.\u00a0 Technically Scaredy Cat is a Halloween\u00a0kit, but I added pieces to it that could be used for a more general cat layout like this one by Romajo.\u00a0 A page like this makes me feel that I accomplished my goal.\u00a0 Also, her cat is adorable.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Cindy_cozy_700\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Lorie:<\/strong>\u00a0I spend a lot of time on my papers, so I love it when a layout, like this one by ~Cindy~, showcases so many of them in such a beautiful way.\u00a0 She also included word art items, the sign and pocket card, which are my favorite things to do, so I am always happy when I see them being used.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Lorie:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0This one is very special to me because I created it in memory of my parents.\u00a0 They were ordinarily amazing people who both passed away young after long illness and I still think about them every day.\u00a0 As their caregiver, I was left with a lot of sad memories of them at the end.\u00a0 Thankfully, with the passage of time, those memories have faded.\u00a0 Now when I think of my parents, I think of them young and healthy and those memories lift me up.\u00a0 This kit embodies that feeling and the idea that I carry them with me everyday.\u00a0 I hardly ever scrap these days, no time, but I had to use this one to create this page about my folks.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Fragile<\/a><\/p>\n

Lorie:<\/strong>\u00a0Someone once said that the only way we can improve the world is through our children, so I love that Scrap-therapy’s daughter is a feminist who stand up for little girl’s rights.\u00a0 I like the clever placement of the card on the layout and that she used it to carry her story.\u00a0 Of course, her daughter’s hand on her hip, really makes the page and tells a story of it’s own.\u00a0 Girl Power!<\/em><\/p>\n
