When we see the popular catch phrase “be kind”, it reminds us to do something to make someone else’s day a little brighter, from a smile or a hug, to lending a helping hand. Today is “compliment your mirror day<\/strong><\/em>” and it is a day meant to remind us to be kind to ourselves<\/strong> … to appreciate who we are<\/strong>. I think that sometimes being kind to ourselves gets lost in today\u2019s fast paced world.\u00a0 We are running here and there, trying to keep up, striving to please our family and friends that we often fail to remember our own value and give ourselves self-love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
