Orders & Downloads
My order is stuck in “Not Finished” status. Can you help?
If you used our Legacy Checkout, your payment likely went through but didn’t quite “talk” back to our store to release the files. Please do not place your order again! We monitor these throughout the day and will manually update your order status so your downloads are released.

For the smoothest checkout experience, we recommend using the PayPal / Credit Card option at the top of the payment list for future orders.

I haven’t received my order yet. How long does it take to ship?
Sweet Shoppe Designs is a digital scrapbook boutique! All of our products are delivered as downloadable files, which means nothing is shipped to your home. You can start creating as soon as your payment is processed!
How do I download my order?
Once your payment is complete, your goodies will be waiting for you in the “My Account” section under the “Order History” tab. We also send a confirmation email with direct links to your personal download keys for easy access.
I’m getting a “Download Attempts Exceeded” error. Can you help?
Of course! If you’ve run out of attempts on your files, simply open a ticket and include your order number. We are always happy to reset those links for you so you can get back to scrapping!
I’m getting a “You Have Nothing To Download” error. Can you help?
This message usually appears if a product or designer has retired from our store and the files have been removed from our servers. Because of this, we aren’t able to recover those specific files for you. We highly recommend downloading and backing up your purchases to a cloud service or external drive as soon as you buy them.

If you believe this is an error and the product is still active in the shop, please let us know your order number so we can investigate!

I accidentally purchased the same product twice! Can you help?
Our shoppe includes a handy “Already Purchased” alert, but it can’t always tell when a kit you already own is also part of a larger bundle or collection.

If you’ve accidentally doubled up, don’t worry! Simply open a ticket with your order numbers. We are happy to refund the duplicate item or the difference between your two purchases so you only pay for an item once.

Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and available for immediate download, we are unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, your satisfaction is so important to us! If you run into a technical issue, please open a ticket below so we can help you make the most of your purchase.

If you have not downloaded any products, we would be happy to assist you with a refund.

Technical & Licensing
What software do I need to use your products?
Our designs are typically provided as high-resolution .JPG and .PNG files, which are compatible with most photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, PaintShop Pro, Affinity Photo, and more. If you’re using a specific app like Forever Artisan, Canva, or Procreate, most of our files work there, too!

What happens if my computer crashes? Can I redownload everything?
While your emailed keys expire after 5 days, you can access downloads via your Order History until a product or designer retires. Since we cannot guarantee the availability of our files and regularly retire products from our product line to make room for new goodies, we strongly encourage you to back up your files to a cloud service or external drive to ensure they are safe forever.
Can I share my purchased designs with friends or relatives?
While dessert is always better when shared, our designs are portioned as single servings only! We kindly ask that you don’t share your files with others, but instead point them our way so they can pick out a treat of their own.

For the specific “dos and don’ts” of each designer, please be sure to check the Terms of Use file included in every download!

How do I contact a specific designer?
Most designers include a Terms of Use text file inside their downloads which contains their direct contact email. Please reach out to them directly for questions about their specific designs or to inquire about commercial use permissions.

We satisfy your digital appetite with new releases every Friday at 6pm ET! Our newest treats are always 25% off all weekend long.

For Designers: While our roster is currently full, we are always open to hearing from established, career-minded artists. If you’d like to be considered for future openings, please fill out our designer application with samples of your work.

For SugarBabes: We don’t have a formal application for our creative team, but we are always watching! The best way to get on our radar is to get involved in our community, share your layouts in our gallery, and watch for an open call on our community forum or social media.
