Layered Paper Templates by Clever Monkey Graphics were made to spark your creativity in scrapbooking. This set includes 3 templates supplied as a psd file or a tiff file. There are no png file versions. Note, I've also include a bonus template as an extra bit of fun!

These are set up to add your color or paper to each layer with a style layer over top. Use all the layers. Don't use all the layers. Shift layers around if you please - just be sure you are moving the style layer with the basic shape. Then add some clusters of fun & photos overtop and a paper at the bottom.
