Stitched 2 by Clever Monkey Graphics contains 9 sets of grid-like stiches available in black or white. They are shown small in the preview but in fact take up a significant part of a 12x12 digital scrapbooking page as seen in the product samples.

Grids can create a neat and organized look to your page - great to emphasize specific elements on your page or even use as a structured background. Don't feel like you have to exactly fill a square - let your sense of fun or your sense of order guide you.

My set includes some that are quite straight-lined as well as some with a more relaxed attitude or even a little added flair at the edges.
