Hi People!! Isn’t this exciting?? I haven’t blogged in months, so this is actually pretty refreshing for Me. Are you guys enjoying our new blog so far? We have SO much in store for you and we really hope you guys will enjoy getting to know us better and having some fun while you’re at it. 🙂

Since today is Tues-(TWOS)-day, I’ve decided to play on words and make My posts all about TWOS. I’ll be posting every other Tuesday, which coicidentally would be every TWO Twos-Days. *Cheese* So, I hope to see you around and without further adieu..the fun!

Everytime I post here, I’ll show you guys a cute new page that I created using products from TWO of our Sweet Shoppe Designers. i think it’s important that we support each other and show off the beautiful goods that are in store for you when you visit our shoppe. This week I have selected Zoe Pearn & Laura Deacetis products to play with! Both Zoe & Laura recently debuted at SSD and it was really refreshing to play with some new goodies. Thanks girls! Here’s what I have created for you..

Isn’t my niece Emily the cutest?? Well..I think so. Now, let me breakdown my “idea” and get TWO the TWOS. Get used to the cheese..I’ll be spreading it on thick from here on out..Haha! So, I wanted to follow the TWO theme and give some flexibility as well for those of you who want to follow along. Here are My TWOS…

1. The number 2 is somewhere on this page. Mine is not relevant to this page, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s just for kicks.
2. Use TWO solid papers and TWO patterned papers. I’ve used 2 papers from Zoe and Laura and layered them down towards the bottom, left corner.
3. Use TWO or more photos. (Could be the same or different) In this case, I wanted to use the same photo because it’s just so cute and I think it adds interest to the page.
4. Use TWO font styles. In this case, I used a font & an alpha by Zoe Pearn.
5. Use TWO directions or angles or both! I used a horizontal image in TWO ways. One would be the standard horizontal, and TWO would be the 4 horizontal images going vertical along the edge of the page. I also used the ribbon and tape measure to add a vertical line down the page. I’m also a big fan of angles. I usually angle everything on my page a little. My photos are angled, as well as the papers and just about everything else. I’m crooked!

So, that’s my take on TWOS this TWOS-day! Don’t forget..I showcased TWO Sweet Shoppe designers and there will be TWO new combinations TWO weeks from TWO-day! Ohh this is a treat! Now..speaking of treats, I guess you might be wondering if there’s a light at the end of this blabbering tunnel? There is!! Just for you SSD blog readers, I’m giving you guys a little gift. Several weeks ago, I caught the template bug and made a few that are basically sitting stagnant on my HD. I thought it would be fun to give you guys TWO templates TWO-day. How would that make ya feel? TWO good TWO be TWO-rue? Ok, so that didn’t really work out, but I’m slathering it on baby! On to the templates!
