For many of us in the US, there are shopping lists all over the counter, cans of pumpkin on the shelf and well-creased recipes for family favorites just waiting to be created next week. My own kids are getting to the age where having the family recipes is important to them so they can prepare them to share with their friends. Whether the recipes are passed down from your grandmother or new finds to try from your favorite cooking show, having them accessible is key at busy times of the year.
