Sweet Shoppe Designs – The Sweetest Digital Scrapbooking Site on the Web

Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out the Spin A Lift Sunday challenge here at the Sweet Shoppe Blog! I hope everyone is keeping busy this week and having lots of fun in our Challenge Forums taking part in all the awesome challenges and prompts and earning points toward Sweet Shoppe coupons! If you haven’t hopped on over there to check out what the buzz is all about…I urge you to browse around and take part in a few challenges. We have had so much fun looking at all the layouts that have been done and posted in our new open gallery and I have to say – some of you have actually brought me to tears with the Sugar Free Challenge! So thanks to those of you that have participated and I hope you’ll stick around and participate a lot more!

Now on to business…this week I wanted to spin someone who I think is an amazing scrapper. Her pages always totally blow me away. Her username here at the Sweet Shoppe is Juliet and to lift this week, I’ve chosen her layout Little Things.

This layout is so cute! I love how well the colors of the kit she used matches her photo and the placement of the elements is just perfect! The swirls, the ribbon flowers and the paint splotches all come together just right to make a wonderful, wonderful page.

For my lift, I decided to flip Juliet’s layout 180 degrees and scrap a page about the silly kitty that belongs to a friend of mine:
