Hi everyone! This seems to be the time of year that a large percentage of our kids have finished school for the year, or are in the process finishing up. Here in Canada, most kids don’t finish until the end of June and we don’t go back to school until after the Labor Day weekend […]
Hello, Sweet Shoppers! It’s Kresta here today with the first post in our Babe Open House series. My family has just just recently completed (well, it’s mostly complete) major renovation on our house. For a little background information, we bought a house that was built around 1950. It was disgusting and awful when we bought […]
Happy Monday Sweet Shoppers! Erin here today to chat about something “tough” that my husband did over this past weekend. As many know, extreme 5k’s are becoming quite common. There’s the Warrior Dash, The Color Run, the Zombie Run, etc. Well my husband decided to take it to the next level and complete the Tough […]
Hey sweet chickies it’s me Jacq bring you today’s post. We’re wrapping up the last few days of school before vacation finally starts for my eldest (which means vacation for mommy too) this week, just two days of school, another for meeting with her teacher and finally a party for the kids to celebrate the […]

Happy Friday everyone! It’s Dana here – and I thought I would take a few minutes to tell you all about my most recent “vacation” – to the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge (“BLR”) If you haven’t heard of the resorts, there are three Biggest Loser Resorts (Utah, Malibu and a new location, Niagra) where […]
Hola Sweet Shoppers! Lex here, and today is my 34th birthday! I don’t feel 34. I mean, I would think once I hit my 30s I would feel all wise and stuff, but…no. I feel more aches and pains than I used to, lol, but no more wise. Today will be a fun, largely food-filled […]
Sweet Shoppers, we’re half way through another month and that means it’s time to put another of our talented designers into the spotlight! Shawna Clingerman has been part of our team since our first year in business, and her whimsical style has developed and grown so much over the years. I love hearing about her […]
Hi everyone, it is me Darla with today’s SSD post. Life can often be hectic and fast paced and as technology has evolved, many of us have become quite dependent on electronics to help keep up in our daily lives. Many of us use our cellphones to text our loved ones or document our everyday […]
Happy Mother’s Day Sweet Shoppers! Wishing all of you a wonderful and blessed day with your families and loved ones. Here are a few fun mother’s day quotes I came across and I thought to share: Enjoy this very special day. Happy Mother’s Day!

He goes to a private Christian school, so our summer vacations tend to be a little longer than those in the public schools. I know by about mid-June I will probably be […]
