Due to the instantaneous and downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless an accidental duplicate purchase has been made.

Our customer support emails are checked 7 days a week and we aim to reply to your requests as soon as we possibly can. However, replies may be slower than usual outside of North America and on weekends.
