Our planet is in trouble. Each of us needs to start doing our part to help our kids and their kids have a beautiful and sustainable place to live. The change in temperature and storm patterns continues to worsen. I live in Oregon - last June we blew old records out of the water hitting 116F in Portland. The previous September we had wild fires so bad that suburb cities were literally being evacuated and air quality was almost off the charts bad. This year Colorado has had 2 devastating fires completely out of fire season. Then there is California, fires worsening each year and forced power disruptions to prevent them. Every day I hear about a new tornado threat and hurricane season is lasting longer. Horrendous flooding in Europe killed so many this year. Koala's are in trouble due to severe fires in Australia. Global Warming is no longer a question, it is all around us. The news reported this week that we all probably have micro-plastics in our bloodstream and sea life is dying from eating and being caught in plastic. Beautiful reefs are becoming no more with just the slightest rise in ocean temperatures. No more covering our eyes. We need to start doing things now. Please do some research online and start to learn the changes you can work on doing to help our planet and our future generations.
