Babewatch!
Hi fellow Sweet Shoppers! Today I’ve got your Babewatch! I wanted to first off thank everyone for a great NSD!!! It was so much fun to get to meet more of you and chat with you all in the chat room throughout the day! And for those of you that participated in the Speed Scrap, a double thanks!
It’s times like these that being a Babe is so cool! We were able to be in charge of our chat and come up with great ideas. Every one of us has a different personality with different ideas, which all came together for a fantastic NSD!
Being a Babe is seriously the coolest gig ever. I can still remember the day that I got an e-mail from Robin asking if I still wanted to be a SugarBabe! Back in the day (last summer) the Sweet Shoppe had a contest to choose the next Babes. I didn’t get the gig then, but still remained active on the boards. A couple of months later some Babes had decided to move on and I got an email from Robin asking if I still was interested. I couldn’t email her back fast enough. Ever since the Sweet Shoppe opened, I have been a big fan. It’s been my “home” site from the beginning. So to get the opportunity to be a Babe was amazing to me! I feel so honored to be a part of all the talent that the Sweet Shoppe has; in designers and Babes!
Well, enough of my ramblings! Here’s what I’ve got to show you today! I’ve been working on Mother’s Day gifts and I found Laura Deacetis’ Springtime in Paris CD Album (pages by Nikki Beaudreau) to be just what I needed. I grabbed photos of my kids and of my niece and nephew and plopped them into the easy schmeezy album! It was a piece of cake! I added a title to the front, then got them ready to print. Wanna see?

So, they are being sent to the printer as we speak. Now if I can just find the time to put the rest of it together!
Hope you all have a great weekend and a Happy Mother’s Day to you all!
