Time to whip up more Sweet treats! And with the challenges that are sure to inspire you and yummy kits and embellies to decorate with, you are on your way to a wonderful layout for sure! So let’s look at the challenges this week on What’s On the Menu-

With the last Harry Potter book on a lot of minds, SugarBabe Amy’s Inspiration challenges us to do a layout based on a quality of any of the characters in the book. You don’t even need to have read the books at all! Amy’s layout featured her brilliant daughter (a quality of Hermione), but your layout could feature your brother’s sneakiness (like Draco) or your son’s athletic skill (like Harry). You’ll love playing along with this challenge!
Aggie has a great challenge in Scrap with the SugarBabes! You get to scrap your family’s special and unique nicknames! The story behind those funny little names is something worth capuring, so definately plan on scrapping along with her! Although I’m not sure my son will enjoy everyone hearing his nickname! LOL
SugarBabe Sue has a wonderful inspiration in the Sugar Free Challenge, and I know that everyone with kids can scrap along because it is all about scrapping those messy pictures! Got kids smeared with birthday cake? Or paint? Or beanbag pellets from a kid that opens up his beanbag… uh, not like I have pictures of that! LOL So, dig out those messy pictures and scrap!
I have whipped up a new Cookie Template courtsey of Melissa Lewis’ layout! She created a wonderful layout that I converted into a template, so it is easy and fun to play along! Check it out! And please notice that I made an error in my original posting of the challenge… I had said you could earn points for August with this, but it is ONLY good for July so hurry to earn your points with it!
