From Our Blog to Yours
Hey readers!! I’m gonna change things up today and not do a quiz or whatnot.

Desperate times call for desperate measures and my family and I are at wits end trying to think of a name for our impending bundle of joy. This is going to be our 4th girl and we are just flat out of names, and with 4 weeks to go a name is kinda important haha. We have a few we like but I would love to know some other suggestions and I know you gals will have plenty of ideas. Just a little info on what I like in a name. I’m not very traditional, I kinda like unisex names, and I really love different spellings (must to my husbands dislike lol). Baby’s last initial is a B so something that will go with that too! The only three names you can’t choose are Nichole, Camdyn, and Ryleigh since those are taken already lol I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

There was someone on a baby board with me a few years ago who had really unique and pretty names for her girls. They were Irelyn, Sariah (sounds like Mariah, like Mariah Carey), Raina, and there was one more I can’t remember. Those might go good with the style you like. Good luck!

OK – my friends have a little girl named Landree (pronounced like Tom Landry or Landry’s Seafood). Their other daughter is Peyton – both are very unisex names. I have a Kacy, which I consider to be very unisex. You could spell that so many different ways, too. Good luck!!!

Kelsey/Kelsie
Kiley/Kilee/Kylee
Riley/Rylee
Addison

Kennedy
Gracyn
Samara
Avery
Camryn
Savannah
Jordyn

I am partial to Alexandria (I wonder why…lol!) but the cool thing is we call her Alex (unisex). I love it because it is very feminine in it’s whole state but very casual and fitting of her in it’s nickname state, Alex.
Just one to consider!

Ok, so I have always loved my name growing up and well into adulthood. I would love to have named my girl the same, (if I have one) but I just think it would be too weird to name my daughter by my name.
Anyway, I say go with Delilah…
I have always gotten compliments on the name and now there is a sweet song someone can dedicate to her one day… 🙂
