Sweet Shoppe Designs – The Sweetest Digital Scrapbooking Site on the Web

I have a little request to make- can you all start putting some ugly layouts in the gallery to make the day of the Sweet Gallery Standouts blog writer just a bit easier!?  Seriously, there is an incredible amount of talent and I had a great time adding to my favorites as I looked through the pages for this past week.  Without further ado- here are the lucky ladies who are earning an extra rewards point this week for a job “extremely” well-done!

First up is a page from someone who’s work I’ve always admired for both the eloquent simplicity and poignant way she creates all of her pages- MissKim used Robin, Manda and Kay’s Raggedy Ann kit to show off some photos of her daughter in a bullfrog jumping contest- how cool!!

Next, I was drawn to the LOVELY photo of the beach in the page by Tracey.  The colors and feel of Dani’s Gidget kit turned this photo into a masterpiece!  Just looking at it takes me to a faraway place where I’m sipping drinks from coconuts and soaking up the sun- who doesn’t love that?  I can’t get enough of Dani’s yummy ribbons either.  Great work!!

Third- I love green.  My eyes are green, a big part of my wedding color scheme was green, my favorite shirt is green, and this layout is no exception- just look at the beautiful background paper and amazing photo.  The little fireflies make this page so whimsical and magical and features Heather’s kit Summer Pond.  I love the innocence in her gaze at the flower. Beautiful page, scarletsierra!

And last, but certainly not least, check out this stunning page by kpollinger.  The photos really do make the layouts and this one is no exception- the perfect choice of a kit (Kristin’s Berry Patch) mixed with a super sweet photo of her daughter eating a luscious strawberry makes me want to grab that strawberry right out of the page!  The reds are so rich and inviting and the design is so adorable with the little fabric piece and flower clusters. Wow!
