Penny Candy Play Day!
Hey everyone, it’s Cindy! Here I am to introduce the first ever Penny Candy Play Day at the Sweet Shoppe. This will be a semi-regular feature where a Sugar Babe will highlight one of the amazing products in the Penny Candy Section of the SSD Store. You really have to check out this section, there is so much good stuff there, I had a hard time choosing which product to put the spotlight on! I finally settled on Misty Cato’s gorgeous “Chatty” kit. I’ve been wanting to scrap with this one for so long, and the was the perfect opportunity to make time to do so. Have you seen this kit? :
Gorgeous isn’t it…..and it is so versatile. A few of the Sweet Shoppe Staffers, including myself, created a new layout using this kit to share with you. First up is this layout “Why!?” (to which I’m sure a lot of us moms can relate to!) by Darcy Baldwin:
Perfect use of this kit……I really love the design of it and those adorable photos of her son!
Next up is an awesome LO by SugarBabe Lizzy entitled “Miss President”
I really love this LO, I am such a fan of multi-photo layout and the photo arrangement here is so perfect. I also love how she mixed up the b/w with the color photos, and that they coordinate so well with the kit!
Next up is another fun one by SugarBabe Amy to show her daughter using her first cell phone! Another great design and such a cute way to do the journalling!
Finally here is mine, entitled “Look Who’s Talking”. I am so far behind on my kids books, and I’ve been wanting to scrap a list of what my ds was saying at around 18 months. I thought this kit was perfect for it:

I think this is a great new “feature” to highlight a kit from the Penny Candy Section of the Shoppe! I love all of the Layouts too! Looking forward to the next “semi-regular feature”….
