Sweet Shoppe Designs – The Sweetest Digital Scrapbooking Site on the Web

woohoo! 01-10-10, what a fun date! Sounds like a lucky day! 😉 I’m Julie Billingsley, a designer here at the Sweet Shoppe. We have a brand new feature here on the Sweet Shoppe blog where we designers get to recognize and show appreciation for some of our fabulous customers out there by showing off their layouts!

I browsed the gallery for people that made terrific layouts and projects with my designs within the last month or so. It was tough because I released those templates a couple Saturdays ago and you all have just blown me away with the incredible layouts you’ve created with them!

Here was one that caught my eye from Rachael for one of the January challenges. She used a template from my Sketchers 4 set. The template really allows you to use a lot of photos (or movie posters!) in a fun creative way!

Next up is a fabulous year in review from the talented Claudi. I love the way she desaturated her photos so they still all look cohesive together. It’s a great way to bring a variety of photos together so you don’t have to be concerned about the color of the clothing or the background. Claudi used my Revolution kit that I think is awesome for boys. Look at these guys shine in this layout!

I just had to show this fun project that Jackie did for Christmas! Look at her detail work and how precious this advent calendar is!! Is makes me wish I could turn back time and do this project too. LOL… I need to get started now in January so I have these things done for December! She used my Santa’s Bake Shoppe kit with Misty Cato. It’s also perfect for those sweet Christmas layouts you still need to scrap!

Another Christmas one that totally caught my eye was Corey’s totally fun layout about her daughter’s Christmas excitement! Look at that picture in the red frame! It just cracks me up! I love that delight that lights up her face! I can just hear the squeal of excitement in that photo and it makes me smile. Corey used my Better Not Pout kit for this layout.

Congratulations to these talented scrappers! Thank you for making some wonderful layouts and projects with my designs and I’m thrilled to point them out to everyone.
