365 Days of Bliss: Preparing for A Week in the Life

Hello, Sweet Shoppers, Aggie here with another 365 days of bliss post 🙂 Today I would be dealing with Ali Edward’s Week in the Life project.

She will be doing hers on July 25th to the 31st and would like to invite all of us to join here. And if you look at her post here, SSD would be part of that week so we would love for you to try doing it, if not on that week, another week, at your own pace.

The last time I was able to do A Week in The Life was way back in 2008. And I would think I would like to try and give it a try this year. One of the things I have learned doing it is that it helps that you track, document and scrap everyday – if not finish a page, but have clear documentation on your words + photos. It also helps if you have an idea on what you want to document – life, kids, YOU, a little bit of your surroundings, current events, or a bit of each one.

I have learned that photos need not be perfect. There just needs to be PHOTOS (stress on the plural). When they are all together in a page, you will be amazed on how much your day has been documented. Technology has made it easier for us – digital cameras + cameraphones and easy documentation via our PCs and even iPhone.

Since I rely heavily on my iPhone a lot, I think it will be more focused on iPhone photos (there are so many apps for photography right now – Instagram, Camera+, Hipstamatic, etc) and words. I will be doing a lot of microblogging through Twitter and Momento (an iPhone app) and resolve to sync them all in at the end of the day.
