Bonus Portfolio Challenge – August, 15
Hello sweetshoppers! Kim here with a chance for you to earn an extra point for the August portfolio here at The Sweet Shoppe!
When I look at my daughter, it amazes me how much she has grown over the years. You know when you tell someone their child has gotten big and the parents say they haven’t noticed it because they see him or her every day? Well, that’s not the case here. I see my daughter every day and yet I can almost literally see her grow and change. And especially at this age (she’s 8) the changes are huge. She’s not a little kid anymore. She’s starting to get interested in music, technology, even make-up (help!). She can still act goofy, but she has developped some kind of seriousness that I’ve never seen before. She is showing responsibility and maturity. Not every day, thank goodness, she still plays in the dirt and climbs in trees, she still whines when she can’t have icecream and she still believes in magic. 🙂 But she surprises me every day.
For this challenge I thought it would be fun to scrap a layout that shows how someone – or something – has changed over the years.
