4 in ’14 – Jady Day Studio
Another Featured Designer Friday is here Sweet Shoppers, and this week we’re bringing you part two of Yari Mower’s spotlight featuring her fun 4 in ’14 post which really shows off her personality! I have been loving the chance to get to know our designers a little better words and pictures and I hope you have been enjoying it too! I love these photos from my Instagram! I wanted to actually show you more but that would’ve been an overkill, haha! The first one is of me when I turned 35, I just wanted to be happy and I think this picture reflects that. The second one is me holding my baby’s hand when she was a newborn. She was a little premature and you can see how small her hand was as she wrapped it around my thumb (melts my heart!). The third and fourth ones are of my family and I just adore them. Any photos of them makes me happy. 🙂
I love these kits so much! I love the colors, illustrations, and paper styles. Makes my heart happy. Some of my proudest work is reflected here and I’m glad I get to share my creations with you. I love what I do! 🙂
These are layouts I have done over the years. Even though I do not scrap as often anymore, these are layouts that are very close to my heart and I love them.
I grew up in NYC and 4 little photos are not enough for me to tell you all the spots I like in NYC, but I do want to share a little at least. The first one is of Manhattan. I LOVE Manhattan and miss it terribly. Wish I could move back to my dear NYC one day. 🙂 The second one is of Central Park and I love that place. I have very fond memories of it. The third one is of Times Square and I love the Broadway Shows! The last one is of different streets and areas that I LOVE in NYC. So close to my heart.
These are projects Danny and I have planned to do in our new house. The first is to redo our fireplace in the living room. The second one is the dreamy white kitchen I want to have. The third one is showing a dining room decor that I adore! Just lovely and I would like to mirror this look in my dining room. And the last one is of the wood staircase with a gallery wall that we want to do. Can’t wait!
I would love to visit Jerusalem and Turin (Italy) some day! The first one because it is very close to my heart for different reasons. The second one because I have ancestors from the area there. The bottom two are of places I want to revisit because I never get tired of being in these places. The first one is of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic where I was born and where I still have family. And the second one is of (yes, again) New York City because I adore it and I feel so alive whenever I am there. <3
