Spotlight Sunday- Kim (SugarBabe Edition)
This week we’re spotlighting SugarBabe Kim!
Hi there! I am Kim (kim21673) and I live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with my hubby and 4 boys. I am usually the one behind the camera and rarely take selfies but when I do manage to get in a picture or two, there is always an adorable boy (or three) posing with me!
I don’t have one certain style when it comes to my layouts! I love art journaling, love clean and simple but also love layers! It all depends on my mood, the products and how I want to showcase the pictures. Having all boys, I don’t shy away from flowers and pink either! I can usually work with anything! I love to scrap every day life and am a big fan of Project Life!
Products I love…this is tough!
Since I do have boys, I am a big fan of anything boy related. I also love “outdoorsy” type kits and ones that are more gender neutral. I posted a few of my favorite kits…one from Ru and one from KCB. Both of these ladies do an awesome job filling their kits with goodies that can be used for girl or boy layouts!
I do love to mess up my pages too! I am a big fan of paint so I picked one of my favorite packed from Jenn B.
Labels….oh how I love labels! Like I mentioned before, I love Project Life. I use labels and tags on every project life spread! My Silhouette Cameo makes cutting labels out a breeze since I do hybrid pages! I love this basic set from Zoe!
Places I LOVE
Sydney, Australia ~ I had the opportunity to go to Australia for a summer. I did so much traveling while I was there. I started in Sydney and traveled up the east coast to Cairns, stopping at tons of cities along the way. I was able to go to an Opera, do sight-seeing tours in the Blue Mountains, visit the Australia Zoo, go white water rafting and take a 3 day yacht sail around the Great Barrier Reef, complete with scuba diving!
North and South Islands, New Zealand ~ I did extensive traveling on both islands during my stay. From snow covered mountains to experiencing a Hangi feast in Rotorua, I experienced the Maori culture first hand for almost a month. I spent time in a school, swam with dolphins, went sledding down sand dunes, saw glowworm caves and so much more!
Chicen Itza, Mexico ~ Tim and I went to Mexico for our honeymoon. I love the beaches, the warmth and all the history there. We had a great time on our tours, snorkeling and hanging out on the beach!
Washington, DC ~ This is one of my favorite places to visit. I have been to 45 states but love it here the most! I have been there 3 times and can’t wait to go again. I love all the history that this area has to offer. There is so much to do and so much to see there! I can’t wait to share all my stories with my boys…when they get a little bit bigger!
