Thursday Treats – Best Friends Day 6/09
Did you spend a little time with your best friend(s) yesterday celebrating “Best Friends Day”? I’ve been lucky enough to call the same person my best friend for over 30 years. We’ve supported each other through the birth of our children, buying and selling homes, new jobs and work nightmares, through weddings and divorces. Soon, it will be more graduations and the inevitable weddings to come after that with our own children.
Hellen Keller said “Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light.” I’m hopeful for 30 more years walking along with her.
