Featured Designer 15 Peek – Melissa Bennett
Hello! We’re back to talk with our current Featured Designer, Melissa Bennett! We already know that Melissa’s an amazing designer but I had to ask if she scrapbooks too. And if she does, then she needed to prove it with a layout 😉
I do love to scrapbook and wish I could sit down and do it more. I really miss it as part of my creative process.

And….just for fun…Mel’s top 5 favorite vacations!
Well people that know me, know I absolutely love to cruise so I am sure most of my top 5 will be cruises.
1. Alaska – by far is my favorite vacation for cruising. It is the most relaxing. The scenery and wildlife are truly spectacular.
2. Grand Caymans – We only had 1 port day there but I would have loved to have spent more time there to explore the island. The waters and island are breathtaking. Funny side note, while we were in town we were by a KFC and I kid you not, there were chickens walking around out front in the dining area.
3. Half Moon Cay, Bahamas – I absolutely love the Caribbean waters. We love to soak up the sun on the beaches and snorkel in the clear blue waters. I would live on the beaches there if I could.
4. Disneyland – Our family is Disney addicts, well hubby and I are. We have been a couple of times with our kids but are planning one for just the two of us so we can let our inner child out in the park. LOL!
5. Hunting Island State Park, South Carolina – We loved camping there. The campground is right at the beach and while sitting in your RV you could hear the waves. The beach is a peaceful place for me and I enjoy just walking or sitting and enjoying the breeze and waves.
Now that we’ve gotten to know Melissa a little better, I get to announce a fun new sale for you guys! Starting on Tuesday, Melissa will have 15 kits on sale. What makes that even better is that I get to show them to you today! What?! Then you’ll have a few days to get them into your cart and have it all ready for Tuesday. Are you excited?! It’s a lot to take in so scroll slowly 😉
And we can’t just look at kits without seeing some pretty inspiration from the gallery, right?! I wandered through the gallery and found some great inspiration from our members.
