Featured Designer FWP – Bobbie of River Rose Designs
Happy Friday friends! It’s a new day, and we’re debuting a new Featured Designer! As you know, over the past year and a bit, we’ve had all of our designers in the spotlight as our featured designers, so we’ve started fresh with a new series of featured designer FWP products that will center around the letters of the alphabet! Bobbie of River Rose Designs is up next with the letter “J”, and she has an amazing kit for us, J is for Joy! I’m just in love with the color scheme of this kit. It definitely makes me feel joyful! I asked Bobbie a few questions about this kit and the process she went through to create it. Here’s what she had to say:
Tell us a little bit about the direction you took for your letter of the alphabet.
Honestly, I didn’t think I was very creative with the the word I chose, at first. Once I started creating the kit I fell in love with the colors and it really made me love my choice.
Did you find it difficult coming up with a concept for your letter?
I thought it was thought provoking, for sure, to come up with something. In the end I thought, “Who doesn’t wish for Joy?”

Do you have a design soulmate? Someone you can always count on to bring out the best in you as a designer? Who is it and why are you so proud of what the two of you have created together?
I absolutely LOVE working with Rubia of Studio Basic Designs. I think she’s super talented, I love her style, and believe the things we have crated together just mesh so perfectly together. Here are a few I love:

I scrapped this page with my Sorrow Collection. My husband and I had recently lost a very good friend which promted the collection and this page.
