Next Monday is Memorial Day in the U.S., a federal holiday set aside for remembering those who have given their lives in military service for our country. It’s also a three day weekend generally considered the beginning of summer celebrated with picnics and barbeques. Many towns lay flowers in cemeteries or plant flags to decorate graves of military personnel in commemoration.
