Happy Turkey Day to my friends in the US! It’s a day for turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole and fluffy rolls. All of that followed up with pumpkin and pecan pies, at least here in the south. But more importantly, it’s for catching up with family and friends you haven’t seen in a while, cozying up to the table and sharing stories about our lives.
