Thursday Treats – Chocolate Chip Day 5/14

Fair warning… if you have a weakness for chocolate this might not be the best day to read the blog 😉 Because tomorrow is National Chocolate Chip Day! For many of us that means warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies. I have determined that I am a stress baker, so as you can imagine there’s a bunch of baking goin’ on around these parts! You can’t talk about chocolate chip cookies and not have recipes. I have a new favorite low-carb cookie recipe that I’m making these days that I’ll share with you along with some other team favorites. And we’ll need some digi goodies to scrap our cookie creations, too!

Let’s get to looking, shall we?

And about those recipes:

Meagan is all about the original Nestle Toll house cookie recipe and her kids LOVE the white chip chocolate cookies

Carrie puts chocolate chips in her banana bread

Traci suggests this recipe (apparently it’s a proven winner at real estate open houses). And you can substitute chocolate pudding for the vanilla and it’s double chocolate OR do chocolate pudding and peanut butter chips.

Mary shares this soft cookie recipe

Vanessa went to Magnolia Table for her suggestion

While Jennifer is bringing the Peanut Butter Cup cookies

And I promised a low carb option (it’s yummy, too!)

So if YOU’re doing a little stress baking tomorrow, don’t forget to snap a few pics to scrap your favorite recipe. Please share it with us in the comments, as well.
