Featured Designer 15 – The Nifty Pixel
Happy Friday Sweet Shoppers! I hope your week has been creative and fun – or at least making lots of memories to scrap about later. Hubby and I are headed to the big city today, finally getting to have our weekend away, which was our Christmas present to each other but got delayed when I broke my knee on January 1st. Now that I’m more mobile again I’m looking forward to getting away and relaxing.
Today I get to bring you a sneak peek of the 15 products Emma of The Nifty Pixel has chosen for her Featured Designer 15 sale, which will start this Tuesday March 19th. What a great variety of kits and Page Drafts – there’s so much to choose from!
Emma also found some pages in The Nifty Pixel Gallery that she thought were so inspiring, and they use some of the products that you’ll find on sale on Tuesday! She’s told us why she picked these pages as well, which I’ve added under the layout.
Lea is one of my fave scrappers and I have always admired her ability to create in a clean style and yet still be able to use plenty of the kit elements. There is so much depth in her pages without looking cluttered and messy. And those loved up photos are absolutely everything!
Heather is such an amazing scrapper. She always seems to create such fun and dynamic pages full of movement. I love how she draws your eye into the photos by angling the word art and those clusters are absolutely gorgeous.
My fellow Queenslander and Aussie mate Lisa and her family are big on celebrating Halloween so I’m a huge fan of the spooky pages that she creates that time of the year. This one is so cool and her clusters are perfectly composed with little surprises tucked in the layers that give you the creepy crawlies. It’s also dark and moody but fun at the same time.
This page by the super talented Christelle is one of my faves using this collection. I love how she used the template. It really has the feel of a photographers studio, almost as though we’ve entered into her space looking at her recently developed photos hung up to dry. Such a cool page!
I absolutely love this page by Sherly. It’s an awesome example of how to use multiple word strips and quotes in your artworks. I also love the free form of her overall design. It feels so relaxed but considered at the same time. Absolute perfection.
I had to include a page of mine only because this is one of my favourite releases from 2023, A SWEET DAY. I popped this Collection in my Designer 15. It also includes extra special photos from Tige’s newborn shoot, which gets me in the feels every time I look at them.
