Long Term Projects: All About Who?

Hey everyone it’s time for some inspiration to keep your mojo going for those long term projects you’ve got. This month I want to inspire you to scrap some “all about you” projects. Of course, we tend to think of these as opportunities to create albums and pages about our loved ones but this month I want to give you ways to incorporate yourself into those albums.

“Your story is the greatest legacy that you will leave to your friends. It’s the longest-lasting legacy you will leave to your heirs.” — Steve Saint

I’ve went browing through the gallery here for some inspiring pages and unique ways others were keeping themselves documented. I am happy to report that we’re not afraid to scrap about ourselves here, lol, and I love that for us. We’re leaving our stories behind and I think that’s a wonderful thing. So here some of my favorite ways I found that maybe you can try for your next “All About YOU” pages in your albums.

Scrap about what you do, whether that’s your everyday job/career or a volunteer opportunity.

Scrap about a hobby you love in great detail.

Take it back to your school days and give your family something to talk about.

Reminisce over a recent or past trip from your point of view.

Use a “one little word” to describe yourself.

Create a fun “this or that” inspired list and go to town.

Drop your bucket list on the page. All those wonderful destinations might be future vacations for the family.

A summer playlist frozen in time is sure to be cherished in years to come.

And last but not least, use word strips to express random things about you is a super fun way to say a lot without journaling.

Well I hope this post inspires you to try one or more of these. If you do, I’d love to see your pages. Until next time, keep scrapping. xoxo Kiana
