March 20 – International Day of Happiness
Today’s “special” day is the International Day of Happiness. Because everyone has their own definition of happiness, or things that make them happy, there are no real traditions set in stone for the day. Happiness is about feeling content, doing whatever it is that makes you happy. Doing what makes your heart sing or surrounding yourself with others that bring out the best in you and those people, pets or things that make you happy. The ‘theme’ for this year’s International Day of Happiness is “Happiness Together” and the description reads: lasting happiness comes from feeling connected to others and being part of something bigger. To me, that sounds a lot like the digital scrapping community here at Sweet Shoppe Designs!! The shoppe at SSD is jam packed with kits that were designed with happiness in mind. Today I’d like to show off some of those kits as well as some scrumptious ‘happy’ layouts. Let’s take a look!
