Hello lovely scrappers, and happy Sunday! I’m thrilled to spotlight a gorgeous layout crafted by the talented Tine (aka Valleygirl) for November’s This or That Challenge #7A – Handwritten.

Tine worked her magic using a delightful mix of goodies from Studio Basic, Kristin Cronin-Barrow, and Digital Scrapbook Ingredients. The result? A layout that’s simply stunning!

What makes her design stand out is the clever arrangement of vertical photos that beautifully frame the subjects in the larger image. Her choice to place handwritten journaling directly on the main photo adds a personal and artistic touch. The little details such as the painted greenery and grass elements tucked here and there bring everything together, adding subtle texture and cohesion.  Did you catch the pops of purple flowers that match the top photo on the right-hand side? Awesome! With just the right amount of embellishments, the page feels balanced and visually captivating, proof that sometimes less truly is more.
